Built by these hands

Key Reteff

Key Reteff

Co-Founder / Holistic University & Maestro Valley

Key Reteff is a multifaceted healthcare practitioner, athlete, content creator, and the founder of Holistic University and Maestro Valley. Originally from Halifax, Canada, after high school he spent 4 years in the Canadian Army where he had a near death 14 foot fall. He looked to heal his back which sent him on a decade-long journey studying the body, mind and spirituality. He completed diplomas in Chinese Medicine, Massage Therapy, Holistic Nutrition and did deep studies in India and Mexico, doing yoga teacher trainings, silent retreats, dark rooms and any course he could get his hands on that would expand his wisdom. During that time he found his purpose in life to be a healer.

After years of failed treatment trying to heal his back and getting failed by not only the western system, but many holistic practitioners as well, he took matters into his own hands, cracked the codes of healing, and created a successful healing modality with the mission to make healing more accessible for the world. He grew a 3 million+ person online following and hosts and trains practitioners in the healing arts. He lives at Maestro Valley and focuses on expansion through nature, music, reflection, and having fun while exploring various health-hobbies — combining many things that create an expansive and joyous life worth living.

Christian Van Camp

Christian Van Camp

Co-founder / Bioculture & Maestro Valley

Christian Van Camp is a Holistic Health & Performance Coach, content creator, playful healthnut, co-founder of Bioculture Retreats, and co-owner of Maestro Valley. Originally from St. Louis, he grew up curious, playful, and always questioning things — especially once sports ended and real life started. He studied Nutrition Science and Kinesiology at the top of his Dean's list at the University of Arkansas, but during graduation he realized the Rockefeller educational system wasn't his destiny. After diving deep into fitness, nutrition, gut issues, and family health challenges, he began coaching and experimenting with everything, from diets to lifestyle.

Around 2020, he started creating content, building cvcwellness.com and @cvcwellness into a platform reaching millions worldwide with grounded, playful, no-BS health insights. After time in Arkansas and Mexico, he joined forces to build Bioculture Retreats and co-create Maestro Valley. His work is rooted in one belief: health isn't found in systems — it's found in nature, community, play, and remembering simplicity (kind of like the Amish way of life).

Dakota Mays

Dakota Mays

Co-founder / Bioculture & Maestro Valley

Dakota Mays is the founder of Bioculture Retreats, co-owner of Maestro Valley, yoga teacher (500 ERYT), and a proud girl dad.

He didn't just leave the system — he stopped playing the game. Taking it to Mexico, he built a life rooted in movement, nature, and real freedom. Sharing what actually works through content, collaboration, and community with his pages @maysyoga.

What started as personal exploration turned into Bioculture Retreats — not just a brand, but a way of living. An ecosystem for people choosing sovereignty, health, and connection over the default path.

He's big on collaboration, bringing the right people together to build, create, and experience something real.
